I would like to tell you about the recent car purchase I made at Crown Hyundai. When I arrived, I was greeted by a sales person named Mike Tan. It was the first time I’ve ever been greeted at a car dealer with an attitude of, how can I help you. As opposed to, “what are you looking to buy?” Throughout the entire process of deciding on what automobile we wanted to see, we were treated with the upmost kindness, consideration, and respect that I’ve ever received at any car dealer in my entire life. Mike was not aggressive or pushy. For that reason we end up buying a 2026 Hyundai Palisade. As I said, we were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
