Seamless experience working with Cameron Herring. First visited another Genesis Dealership in the Tampa (Clearwater), where there was a clear lack of knowledge and gamesmanship regarding pricing. I connected with Crown Genesis and spoke with Cameron Herring who gave a competitive and lower price on the vehicle. Cameron worked with us for a few hours answering all questions and ensuring the vehicle was pristine for pickup. The manager Justin and finance department (Van) were great to work with. Highly recommend.

After going to several Genesis dealerships, I'm thrilled I purchased my 2023 Genesis GV60 from them. There were no games here and upfront pricing with no dealer miscellaneous fees. It was a great experience dealing with my salesperson, Nawbed Nahin. He got me the correct price and started the entire buying process through email. He is extremely friendly and trustworthy. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Callahan, the Sales Manager. He greeted me and my wife as soon as I came in. He was extremely helpful and grateful we chose his dealership. Several times during the buying process, he checked in on us. Finaly, the finance manager, Vantuil Cabral was very helpful in picking a protection package which made sense for our lease. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are heads and shoulders above the other three I interacted with.
