Purchased a used Hyundai Kona with extremely low mileage that I found on line. Kenny Sweet was professional and informative. Car was for my daughter who is heading off to college and we had a lot of questions about safety features. Kenny was patient very helpful. He even arranged to have items shipped to us that were not in the car. We discovered that they were missing when we got home. From start to finish the experience was great. We traveled two hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. The only concern I had was during the financing portion. Everything was on an iPad. Would prefer to have everything on paper to review and discuss before signing documents. Vinny Zeitler handled the finance portion. He did answer all my questions and listed out all of the extra items with pricing so I could write them out and make an informed decision. Except for the method of signing documents, it was a great first experience purchasing a vehicle at Crown Hyundai in Saint Petersburg, FL. Kenny Sweet and his team were great!

I had the best experience at Crown Genesis this past weekend purchasing my 2026 GV80. I have wanted a GV80 for several years. Abdelhak Belmadani was so helpful, courteous, personable and professional throughout the entire process, and stayed with us the whole way. I would recommend him any day of the week ! He was not technically a Genesis sales person, however if he didnt know an answer, he made sure he would get it and then set us up with a Genesis sales consultant (Jhordan Rodriguez Hiriat) to ensure we were all set- and he stayed with us as Jhordan assisted me. Vinnie Zeitler in finance was also super helpful (and professional)with getting the deal done! And then as I mentioned above Jhordan Rodriguez Hiriart was super helpful in getting me set up on the concierge app., as well as explaining the different features of the car and customizing them . To top it off the Crown Manager called me today to check to see how I like the car and the service! Overall a class act at Crown! Thank you, from a very happy customer! I LOVE my GV80 !

I blew the engine in my car this weekend . I went to Crown Hyundai to purchase a car . I met the salesman Jake Lopez . He came in on his day off to help me . I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Sonata Htrac .Absolutely a beautiful car . The sales process was easy and very professional . Jake Lopez was transparent and honest . I was blown away by his professionalism . I then to finance and met Vinny Zeitzler. He also was transparent ., honest and worked very hard to get the financing terms to where I could afford the car . Please stop in and see Jake and Vinny before you purchase a vehicle anywhere else . I will be a Crown Honda customer for life !!!!!

Oh my gosh! Yesterday we had THE best experience purchasing our new 2026 Genesis GV70 at Crown Genesis St Pete. It has actually been a 4 week process. Start to finish and out the door the service has been unparalleled. Austin knows this vehicle bumper to bumper and is eager to help us get to know it as well! I just cannot overstate what a pleasant experience it has been working with Austin (and Vinnie!) to purchase our first-time ownership new Genesis. Truly above and beyond customer service! Previously weve been longtime Lexus owners (5 purchases) and before that decades of purchases of Mercedes. Our Crown Genesis experience has exceeded them all! And our GV70 is a beauty! Were so happy.

Crown was very helpful assisting me with the purchase of my new Genesis V80. The sales people I dealt with, Cameron Herring and Eric Valladares, were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle. Vinnie Ziegler (in finance) made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. The process was fast, efficient, and non stressful. The whole experience was actually enjoyable.
