I really appreciated the courtesy ride that was set up for me by my Service Advisor Daimara when I dropped my car off and then the courtesy ride from my home back to the shop. Daimara is a great advisor she's very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. She has helped me with past service appointments so I contacted her directly to set up this service appointment because I knew that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition to my oil change my A/C was not working properly and the Crown mechanics have it working great now. Thank you Daimara and thank you to everyone at Crown Honda.

I had a great experience at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park and especially want to recognize Daimarra Morrill for taking such good care of me. I brought my Civic Hatchback in because the A/C wasn’t working properly. They diagnosed the problem as the condenser and let me know it was covered under warranty, so there was no out-of-pocket cost to me. The entire process was incredibly easy. I dropped my car off around 10 AM, and they even provided a Lyft ride for me after dropping it off and another Lyft back to the dealership when my car was ready. That was a really nice touch and made everything so much more convenient. By 5 PM that same day, I had my car back, fully repaired and the A/C working great. Daimarra was friendly, professional, and kept everything simple and stress-free. No hassle, no surprises, and great communication throughout the process. Between the quick turnaround, the Lyft rides, and the excellent service, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Big thank you to Daimarra Morrill and the entire team at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. I really appreciate how well I was taken care of and would absolutely recommend them!
