I had a scheduled service at Crown Honda dealership in St. Petersburg. My car was taken in right on time. I decided to wait for my vehicle as I was heading to work afterward. My service advisor Daimara Morrill Was great as usual. She explained oh that was going on in adequate detail and in the language that I can understand. She also explained to me issues that would need to be worked on in the near future. She’s always courteous and pleasant.

I previously bought a car from Crown Honda, and they were really helpful in finding a balance between the down payment and the monthly payments to give me a great deal. Since then, I've taken my car to their Service Department for routine maintenance, and they always do an excellent job!

Diamara was amazing. She kept me informed every step of the way. The service was top-notch and went above & beyond with a video of the car! I was provided with an estimate before repairs, and all I had to do was provide my credit card and check out after the service was done. Thank you :)

Daimara Morrill was wonderful! She offered a Lyfte ride which is very helpful. I went in for a technology update and they also changed my tires which I knew had to be done. She did not try to over sell me things and I appreciate that I definitely would like to work with her next time!
