I got window tinting at a local shop and my battery died during the process. I recently bought my vehicle from Crown, so I brought it back to them at Honda and told them what happened. Darren, I believe the head manager, was very helpful and understanding and replaced my battery for me at no charge, and made sure I was well taken care of. Mike in service was also very great in getting my issues taken care of.

Darren damage is done. The amount of time and money it took us to fix the lemon you sold was ummense. Your business did not do any inspections or the engine leak would have been detected. We took to another car dealership Brandon Hyundai and they were wonderful. Did all the leg work and got a new engine and tires as there was a stem leak. If your team did an inspection all this would have been found. It took time but their customer service was amazing. Shame on your mechanics and salesman. HORRIBLE BUYER BEWARE My son purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2019 from Tia. She did not give us the full point inspection as we asked. THIRTY ONE days later it has engine issues and stalling and did not have oil it it when we bought it! We had an oil change and were told the engine is burning oil too fast. Called Crown Honda and they DENIED any assistance. BUYER BEWARE AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TIA. Funny her husband is hge mechanic. Wierd huh?? Do not purchase here.

Outstanding Experience at Crown Honda! Purchasing my new 2026 Honda Passport RTL at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, Florida was an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Absolutely do not let them detailed your car!!! I bought this 2025 civic type R from them with 9 miles on it and when they detailed it, they absolutely scratched the paint job up!! Roof of the car was the same way! It was too deep where it couldnt be buffed out. Also the person they use for detailing left a bunch of swirl markings from the buffer wheel. It had to get re painted (luckily on their dime). Crown collision is who re painted it and Ill just say it was an ok job but there are definitely better shops out there. Let me remind you it was a BRAND NEW CAR!!! When I took the car home it was getting close to dusk so it would have been hard to see the scratches. I noticed it when I parked the car in the garage and the lighting showed the deep scratches. Absolutely the most headache and the absolute worse experience I have ever had buying a new car or any car at that. By the way, GM Darren Hutchinson, thanks for ghosting me and ignoring my calls and messages. Real professional of you. Nice way to treat someone who bought your most expensive civic. You searched a year to find the right car and this is how it ends up. Now on a better note, the sales team are very nice and makes you feel welcomed, especially Enver and Michael. Honestly at this point all I want them to do is pay for a paint correction to get rid of the swirls, orange peel and debris from the paint job from a REAL PROFESSIONAL company who actually knows what they are doing. The whole experience has been bad enough and just want to be satisfied with my purchase.

Few days ago I needed a spare key to be cut and programmed, which was an urgent matter. When I called my sales person Tia Harr & Michael Tan, they were on it and got me in with a service appointment that same day. They acted with urgency and care. When I got there, my service advisor - Daimara Morril was the one who took care of me. She was very helpful and very fast. I enjoyed my experience very much so. The service manager was amazing as well. Very caring people. Im very impressed with the treatment i received at Crown Honda. The atmosphere at that dealership was super relaxing and fun. I will always come there from now on! Thank you all for everything! Im a very happy customer.

I came in to Crown Honda with certain specifications and Frank Lovett was very happy to meet them.First off he saw that I used a cane and without being asked brought cars around for me so I wouldn't have to walk .5 stars.He was quite refreshing to be honest and I will be recommending Crown Honda and Frank Lovett to all my friends and family.

Michelle Dessert was my Service Manager at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. She was very professional and as such, an asset to this Dealership. Not only did she oversee the service of my car repair, she even offered me her jacket while waiting. (It was freezing in the Waiting Area.) Very sweet of her. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I also had the opportunity to meet and talk to their new GM, Darren Hutchinson. Id like to take this opportunity to welcome Darren to his new position. My whole experience was very positive and I am very happy I chose this dealership to have my 10 year old Honda serviced. BTW, my Black Beauty hasnt driven better in long time. Thank you Michelle and Darren for taking such good care of me and my car.
