I just bought a Passport from JOEY SUTNICK and he was so patient while I test drove 4 different vehicles. The Honda lineup has awesome choices! I'd like to give a huge compliment to ENVER BEKRIC for steering me towards the Passport based on his personal experience with the vehicle. I took my car in after roadside having to jump my dead battery when i was headed to work yesterday. Together Fred and RJ got taken care of and me back on the road with a new battery, oil change and rotated tires as my maintenance light had also begun flashing recently as well. I can't thank them enough for once again, such a great experience! I absolutely love Crown Honda. The service and sales department here is hands down the absolute best in every way. Not only because of their superior service but every single person here has treated me with such kindness and respect. I bought my HR-V a couple of months ago so I have to mention Enver, Dali and Nikolay!!!! I absolutely can't say enough about these guys in sales!!! I was so nervous and indecisive and they were so patient, honest and understanding....with no pressure. What a concept. Not only did they make this the best experience but I can honestly say that they feel like family every time I stop in. You may be able to buy a Honda anywhere, but if you're looking for a great car and a great experience, do yourself a favor and go to Crown Honda. It's not like any other dealership I've ever been to.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from Crown Honda. Enver Bekric and Nikolay Velikov were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions, kept everything straightforward, and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. I could not be happier with Crown Honda . Initially, I started working with the service department and was so impressed by Michele Dessert’s knowledge and attention. It’s nice to have great service and have things explained to you in full detail without confusion. Michele is professional, pleasant and courteous. All of my experiences have been well above expectations. My experience with Crown Honda has been so great that I decided to go ahead and buy a 2023 passport. My salesman Enver was helpful and so very patient with me. I looked several times before I finally pulled the trigger in this market. I have ALWAYS had an aversion to car salesman, they always make me feel pressured and manipulated. Enver is a breath of fresh air to say the least. It was so refreshing to work with someone without pressure and slimy sales tactics usually displayed at other dealerships. Enver was so professional and kind. He completely changed my view of the car buying experience. I love my new passport and I’m looking forward to my continued relationship with Crown Honda.

Wow… this is the place to buy a car! There was no hassle, no pressure. Jesus was kind and helpful as I weighed my decision between Honda and another brand. Jesus and Enver worked with me to quickly get a price I was comfortable with. I’m in shock how nice the experience was, I’ve bought many cars and this was by far the best experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Crown Honda. I was looking to buy a Honda Civic and Jesus and Enver hooked me up with the best deal and adjusted the price to fit my budget. Jesus was a great sales person to work with and made the experience well worth the drive.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from the Crown Automotive Group over the years, including from Crown GMC, Crown Acura, and Crown Volvo. Since 2014, I’ve bought both personal and business vehicles from the group almost every year, and my experiences at those locations have consistently been positive. Unfortunately, my first experience with Crown Honda was completely different. The only reason I visited this location was because the specific vehicle I was interested in happened to be there. From the beginning, I mentioned that I was a returning Crown Automotive customer and had a long history with the company, but it did not seem to matter or make any difference in how I was treated. I had an appointment scheduled to view the vehicle and expected it to be properly inspected and prepared beforehand. Instead, the car was in extremely poor condition. Both side mirrors appeared to be held together with tape, the side marker lights were hanging loose, and the AC was not blowing cold air. I understand that used cars may have imperfections, but these were major issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle was shown to customers. What was even more disappointing was the way my concerns were handled by the staff and manager, Enver Bekric. Every concern I brought up was minimized or brushed aside with comments like “it’s a used car, things may not work.” That response was unacceptable considering the visible condition of the vehicle. The salesman repeatedly said he “wanted to earn my business,” but it felt rehearsed rather than genuine. I was very upfront from the beginning: I told them I was serious about purchasing a vehicle that same day, already had financing approval in place, and was also prepared to pay cash if needed. I made it clear what my budget was and that I did not want to waste anyone’s time because I understand salespeople work on commission. Unfortunately, it felt like my time was completely wasted instead. I drove out to see a vehicle that clearly had not been properly inspected or prepared for sale, and even after expressing interest in leasing or purchasing a brand-new vehicle instead, the level of attention and customer service remained poor. I wasn’t even properly shown the new vehicles or invited to sit inside and look at them. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below the standards I had previously experienced with other Crown Automotive dealerships. Even basic hospitality and customer courtesy were missing. At no point did the staff make any effort to make me feel welcomed or valued as a customer. They couldn’t even offer water to drink. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Crown Honda to anyone looking for a professional, customer-focused car-buying experience. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves the standards at this location. Update 5/23: I honestly did not feel there was much more to add beyond my original review, as it already reflected my experience in detail. What was disappointing, however, was that it took over a week to receive a response to my review while I noticed other reviews were responded to much sooner. Understandably, that made the response feel more routine than genuinely focused on addressing the concerns raised. Since my visit, I have already purchased a vehicle elsewhere, and our upcoming company vehicle purchase will also be made with another dealership. That is especially unfortunate considering I have been a loyal customer of other Crown Automotive dealerships for many years and have consistently had positive experiences with the group overall. More than anything, this experience simply did not reflect the level of professionalism, preparation, and customer care I had come to expect from Crown Automotive.
