I bought my Type R three months ago from this dealership and I was so pleased with the sales department working with me on price. But since then I have come back to the dealership twice for some service work/concerns the service department needs serious work they are rude and not helpful. Save yourself the headache and do your service at their competitor AutoNation Honda. They were much nicer in assisting me with my concerns over my new car. The young kid Frank in sales is the absolute man though he was a serious beast when I was buying my car and handled everything highly recommend him.

This was an extremely easy process: from Internet vehicle selection to driving away after the paperwork was completed. I cannot adequately express how smoothy and professionally Jonathon Ortiz and Frank Lovett guided me through the process of leasing my 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. Jonathon met me in the parking lot, showed and demonstrated the various CR-V models, and never pressured me toward any particular model. As a result of his knowledge and my needs, I selected the Sport Touring. After a test drive, I confirmed the choice. Frank Lovett then smoothly and very expertly guided me through the various financial options to get the vehicle. His knowledge and expertise was extremely key in my decision to trade-in my car and lease the new car. At no point during our discussions did I feel any pressure. Frank's knowledge of the financially-related issues facilitated my decision. Considering how many vehicles I have purchased over my driving career, this was, no doubt, the easiest and smoothest experience. Following my purchase, Frank gave me a class on the vehicle covering every dashboard gauge, features, seat adjustments, etc. When I completed the class, I felt confident about operating every feature. I can confidently recommend Crown Honda to any prospective buyer/leaser. My initial contact with Crown Honda was via the Internet. I received immediate responses up to the point where I drove to Crown and met Jonathon Ortiz. This was a totally professional and stress-free experience.
