I can’t say enough good things about Michele Dessert in the service department at Crown Honda. When I bought my new used car, there were a few things that hadn’t been taken care of before I got the keys, plus a refund check owed to me for service on my 2014. I had no response to my texts, emails, or calls from sales until Michele got involved. Michele is the one who stepped in and actually got things done. She followed up personally, made sure my refund check was processed and received, and saw to it that the outstanding items on my new vehicle were handled, upgrades included. She was proactive, communicative, and clearly cares about taking care of customers, even when it wasn’t technically her job to fix some of these issues. I also want to give a shoutout to Gerry at the service portal. About a week after I purchased my car, my tire low pressure light came on. He found that two caps had been left off of my tires, aired them up, and noticed some corrosion on my battery. He brought it straight to Michele, who made sure an appointment was scheduled to get it addressed. If you’re dealing with Crown Honda, ask for Michele and Gerry. They’re the reason I left with a good feeling about this dealership instead of a frustrating one.
