I was dreading buying a new car and dealing with all the typical dealership BS. I sent an email over to Crown Honda and I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and their prices. We ironed our details via email before I came in and when I finally did come in, I was in and out in under 2 hours. Crown Honda had the best price for the car I was buying from any dealership from Venice to Tampa to Orlando. It was honestly the easiest and hassle-free new car purchase I have ever made. Fernando, the salesman, Gene, the manager, and Sejad, the finance manager were all amazing to work with. 10/10 would buy from this dealership again.

My first contact was via internet with consultant Jonathan Ortiz on a late Friday PM. In two hours, we had everything done. We requested delivery for the next morning so we could search trade in for a lost valuable. From the start, Jon was First Glass. No gimmicks, sincere and professional. I was assisting my daughter doing most of the grunt work for here. We got there right at 4 on a Friday afternoon. In two hours, we had finalized the vehicle and the terms. The day before, I had scouted 3 other dealers. I found the were marking up on top of the MSRP ($4-5k) and they required purchase of a Protection package that was $3k. In fact, we were able to upgrade the model from an EX to EL-L for just under my daughters budget and beat the other quote for an EX. We were greeted by several of sales people and managers on arrival who helped us find Jon. I am a retired banker and actually bought car paper from dealers early in my career. I saw a lot of stuff. You could tell Crown was a family ran business with great business values. I would highly recommend them.

Gave a poor rating because I made a cash offer through emails and text on a used vehicle. They accepted my offer, I told them my husband and I would be down that evening. Sent me text said battery was dead. Said they couldn't get one put in for a day or so. The following day they reduced the vehicle by 1000.00, I sent text, emailed. No response. 3 days later got a text they sold it. Underhanded dealership in my opinion.
