I had a great experience working with Gregory Schwartz at Crown Honda. He was professional, responsive, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though our negotiation was handled entirely over text, Gregory always made me feel like I mattered and never treated me differently for not being in the store. That level of respect and attention really stood out. I also appreciated that he honored everything we discussed ahead of time, so when I arrived there were no surprises. He stayed patient through the process and worked to find a deal that made sense for both sides. The entire in-store experience was smooth and efficient as well. I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes, which I really appreciated. Enver introduced me to Gregory Schwartz, who handled the test drive, initial paperwork, and phone calls with my insurance company to update my coverage for the new vehicle. Finance Manager Claude Campbell expertly explained and handled the leasing agreement paperwork. Enver checked in with me at every step of the process and arranged to have Greg deliver the car to my house.
