Hugo Gonzalez was very helpful in showing me used Honda’s I was looking at in my price range and explaining details of each vehicle. Took notes of what I wanted; very attentive. Crown Honda has some very good looking cars. Went back the next week and purchased one. Very happy with it.

I recently received an offer from Crown Honda of Pinellas Park, Fl that I couldnt refuse. I am a lease customer and have been extremely happy with my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring modelwithout question, the best car I have had. Since this model has been in high demand, Crown offered to take back mine and put me in a new 2026 model. I contacted Hugo Gonzalez, my sales rep, to verify all the details. Once I agreed, Hugo guided me and handled every detail without a hitch. I cannot imagine how the entire process, from my initial question about the offer to driving away with my new car the following day, could have been any smoother. Hugo Gonzalez graciously spent the whole afternoon with me, driving all the Honda SUVs and explaining the differences and how they might fit what I'm looking for. He is patient and thorough and if I end up going with a Honda I would only want to buy it from Hugo.
