I recently received an offer from Crown Honda of Pinellas Park, Fl that I couldnt refuse. I am a lease customer and have been extremely happy with my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring modelwithout question, the best car I have had. Since this model has been in high demand, Crown offered to take back mine and put me in a new 2026 model. I contacted Hugo Gonzalez, my sales rep, to verify all the details. Once I agreed, Hugo guided me and handled every detail without a hitch. I cannot imagine how the entire process, from my initial question about the offer to driving away with my new car the following day, could have been any smoother. Hugo Gonzalez was the key here; he made this so simple. His attention to detail, technical proficiency and personal attitude made this purchase totally stress-free. Moreover, his knowledge of the new appointments on the car made the transition easier than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Hugo Gonzalez for anyone either buying or leading. Hugo Gonzalez graciously spent the whole afternoon with me, driving all the Honda SUVs and explaining the differences and how they might fit what I'm looking for. He is patient and thorough and if I end up going with a Honda I would only want to buy it from Hugo. They did also work up a price for one of them including my potential trade-in, which is good info to learn. Thank you!
