Both HUGO GONZALES & ENVER BEKRIC worked hard for me to get a GREAT DEAL on my new Honda CR-V! Granted, it was the usual "back & forth" that you would expect at any car dealership, but these guys made it fun and I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. The "behind the scenes" activity was well orchestrated and the car was ready by the time all of the paperwork was done. Everyone at the dealership knew their job and the "work flow" was perfect. When my wife and I walked into CROWN HONDA, we were prepared for the "experierience" and we got it! However, the experience was very nice and we ended up buying a new 2027 HONDA CRV which was exactly the model that I was in search of. The salesman HUGO GONZALES and the sales manager ENVER BEKRIC made the buying experience very easy. "Negotiations" were the "usual game" but we eventually came to a very reasonable deal. ENVER BEKRIC came over to answer some questions I had asked and I liked his answers and found out that we are both "car guys" and share similiar "obsessions" with our interests in cars. That made the buying experience enjoyable! We left the dealership with our new HONDA CRV and felt like we had made a good purchase.
