Jensen did a great job of helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. He drove the vehicle to a quiet place so I could drive on quiet streets for a test drive. He went out of his way to get the HRV to me as I was not willing to drive it home in the rain through traffic I was unused to. He then spent much time showing features and paired my phone. Just a good experience.
