We stopped in to Crown Honda to buy a new CR-V. This is the third car I have bought from this dealership and have always found them to be professional and fair to deal with. The service department has been excellent and have always gone the extra mile for me. For this purchase, we had the pleasure of working with Jesus. He was friendly and attentive to our needs and worked hard to work out a deal that was agreeable. I would recommend a Honda CR-V as a great car to buy and this dealership as a great partner to work with.

Everyone we encountered at Crown Honda was excellent. Jesus reached out to me very shortly after I put in an online inquiry and explained pricing for cash, financing and leasing. I let him know our budget and exactly what we were looking for. Not only was he able to meet our budget, but when they didn’t have the exact car we wanted, he found it for us and and had it delivered to their lot for us to take home the same day! His sales manager, John, came out and explained the write up to us and chatted with us for a bit. Finance manager Antonette was very friendly and talked to us in between signing paperwork so we weren’t just awkwardly sitting there. She explained every document to us in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing. Even the employee who brought our vehicle from wherever it was stopped by and joked around with us. We could tell the staff actually liked working there. It was the last day of the month, on a Friday, and we got there a bit late due to work and coming from Orlando area, so they were probably there later than they would’ve like to be, but we truly appreciate everything the team did for us. We felt comfortable the entire time, felt absolutely no pressure to buy and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. My wife keeps finding excuses to go for car rides! We leased the car we traded in from Crown Buick and it was also a very easy process. If I decide to turn in my Civic lease, I will definitely be reaching out to Jesus again. They made our experience seamless and our drive from Orlando via I4 on a Friday worth it!
