Fantastic team-driven experience at Crown Honda! Leasing my 2026 Honda CR-V Sport-L at Crown Honda was easily one of the best dealership experiences I've had. Nikolay Velikov was great to work with as my initial internet contact, setting a helpful and responsive tone right from the start. He was also incredibly helpful in getting me situated in the vehicle, taking the time to connect my phone to the car and point out all the various buttons and tech. When it came to numbers, General Sales Manager John Ancona was highly professional and transparent as we negotiated a fantastic zero-down lease. Fernando Rocha took excellent care of us during the test drive and handled much of the vehicle paperwork, while Claude Campbell wrapped up the final financial paperwork smoothly. The entire process was efficient, very professional, and completely free of any hard-sell tactics. Highly recommend this team!

This was the first time I have done all my car shopping on-line, using email to communicate with the dealerships. When I sent my first request for their best OTD price, I was blown away when Crown Honda came back with their offer, detailed and in writing. The quoted price clearly indicated they wanted to make a deal. No other dealer ended up coming close to the Crown offer. From that point forward in the process, there was no bait and switch, no adjusting of the quote what so ever. The signing day was a breeze. Friendly and professional staff. No pressure, no attempt to upscale on added items and they gave me plenty of time to review the documents before signing. It was actually a very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Crown Honda for your next purchase.
