FacebookThe Service Rep Fred in Parts was so rude to me! I usually go to Tampa Honda but I just needed a battery replacement for my key. I wont be back here unless I really need to. He told me his name was Fred. However, receipt says JMurray. I have a lease and I thought the battery replacement was covered. Instead of politely telling me it was not and the cost was $6 (which I had no issue paying), he proceeds to mainsplain to me how remotes and batteries work. Would he have done this if I was a man? Probably not! Do better!
