The Service Rep Fred in Parts was so rude to me! I usually go to Tampa Honda but I just needed a battery replacement for my key. I wont be back here unless I really need to. He told me his name was Fred. However, receipt says JMurray. I have a lease and I thought the battery replacement was covered. Instead of politely telling me it was not and the cost was $6 (which I had no issue paying), he proceeds to mainsplain to me how remotes and batteries work. Would he have done this if I was a man? Probably not! Do better!

Randy Stiles was my advisor and he is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I trust his advise and believe he and the dealership as a whole operate very honestly. They are not out to make a profit but provide a high level of mechanical, technical, and customer service that will motivate me to return for all my future car care needs. In addition, my key was not working and I paid to have a battery installed. The key still did not work because the transmitter was bad. I had to purchase a new key and I appreciate the parts department refunding the cost of the battery. I believe Jonathan Murray was the parts employee (pictures too small).
