We needed to purchase a car for a family member who is relocating to the St. Petersburg area. I am in Washington State and was looking for a certified used CRV so I searched the inventory for the several Honda dealerships Iocated within 25 miles of St Pete. Crown Honda had a good match and I was randomly partnered with salesman JON ORTIZ. Jon was a genuine pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile to help me with our unusual circumstances and we negotiated a fair price. Our family member took possession of the vehicle today. After several years away, I recently returned to Crown Honda, and I can honestly say they have won me back as a customer for life. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. My salesperson, Jonathan Ortiz, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and, most importantly, never once made me feel pressured. He truly listened to what I wanted and needed and worked hard to make it happen. One thing I especially appreciated was the time Jonathan took to patiently explain all of the technology in my new Honda Accord. Technology has never been my strong suit, but he never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable before I drove away. I had only planned to begin my search that evening, but the outstanding customer service and overall buying experience were so impressive that I left as the proud owner of a brand-new Honda Accord. Everyone at Crown Honda made me feel valued—from Michele in the Service Department to the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager. The teamwork, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. However, Jonathan truly went above and beyond, making this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. This is my sixth or seventh Honda over the years, and there's a reason I keep coming back to the brand. Honda cars are incredibly reliable and dependable, consistently exceeding my expectations. I'm thrilled to be back with the Crown Honda family and look forward to returning for all of my future vehicle purchases, leases, and service needs. This is the best dealership I have been too (and it is 30 min from my house and there Palm Harbor Honda) I choose Crown because the are exceptional in customer service. On time, good follow up, take care of you with recalls etc . The service manager Matt Gordon, available helpful and makes sure you get taken care of. The systems were down and they stayed on top of things even in the dark. While I was waiting I perused the new cars and Jonathan Ortiz very low key (which I prefer) offered help and showed me the Passport, I love that car. So in the next 24 months when I trade in my car I will be back to see him. For me to take the time to Write this review is only because I find this dealership exceptional and would recommend them over the other Honda dealerships! Also Michele in service also helped me with some technology while I was waiting and I was not her customer!
