My Service advisor JR Disbrow is a very professional service advisor. He was up front with pricing and He got me out in a timely manner. I must say whoever does the housekeeping deserves kudos. Dealership and restrooms are spotless.

In our 2023 Honda Odyssey on trip From Tampa to Sarasota. We were near the end of the Skyline bridge when we experienced warning lights for engine, brakes, oil pressure and others. Although the van was barely driveable we fortunately managed to get to Crown Honda. Our service advisor, Mr. JR Disbrow, went the extra "Ten Miles" to -- Diagnose (failed oil rocker arm oil pressure switch A) -- Locate the part (NIS but available on new Ridgeline) -- Repair/test drive -- Return to us in less than four hours. This was without question, phenomenal "can-do" service. THANK YOU!

Easy service department in and out not to long of a wait but its service department they get busy but all was very pleasant.

I was visiting from out of town and unexpectedly had an issue with one of my tires. JR in the service department was absolutely incredible and helped me with everything I needed on very short notice. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road quickly. The entire service team was wonderful to work withprofessional, kind, and efficient. I truly cant recommend Crown Honda enough. If you need service, this is the place to go!

Ok the highs Jr the service writer very nice in service and mat the service manager my 2020 honda oddity has ben in 7 times for issues ranging from the das looking like a Christmas tree every service warning it just did it again iv had it !!! Sales say i need to switch it but they are not telling the bank it's a bad vehicle and it can't be fixed i only had it 2 months every one is nice but can not get it done they need to call exiter bank say WE ARE TAKING It back but they won't the bank tells me no one has contacted them on my is issue if they can eat the difference and switch me i would go on here and praise them but so far no my wife and I are very disappointed with having a vehicle we know will not make it the term of the loan he'll I'll be lucky to have it 6 months before it will be in the scrap yard!!!!

From my check in through check out everyone that spoke to me was completely customer focused. Jr Disbrow, service advisor was thorough and had excellent customer service . We had a question about my phone not connecting to Google maps. He had the service manager involved. When he couldn't solve the problem he suggested the sales team knew more and could help. Joey from the sales team solved our problem. Thank you to everyone at Crown Honda!!!

Next, I was met by your service advisor, JR Disbrow, who checked-in my Honda, and escorted me to his desk. He too was courteous, pleasant, informative and extremely professional. I am appreciative the manner in which Crown Honda's personnel presented themselves, and made my experience comfortable, and stress free.
