I have used Crown Honda service for 5 years and this year I have had problems with the sticker that they put on the inside of your windshield after you get your car serviced. All my checks were green. I go by those stickers to make sure my care wear, and tear is in good shape, so when they are green, I assume they are good. This last month, I spent 850.00 on a battery, breaks, and rotors. All of these were checked green on my sticker, so I thought all was good. I emailed Matthew Gordon and have heard nothing from them. I find this horrible business, and unacceptable. _______________________________________________________________ Update: I have a review on here already, but I would like to semi-change my review, due to the fact that the dealership called me to let me know that they are sorry this took place, but machines aren't always accurate when checking the boxes on the car windshield and the colors can go from green, to red within 5000 miles of wear and tear on the brakes and rotors. But I am no mechanic.

Matt Gordon has been calling me despite me telling him I got work done elsewhere kept trying to call me about my charger which had nothing to do with the problem after telling him not to call me anymore he called me 3 more times saying "we must of got disconnected" HE MUST BE DRUNK. fully knowing I told him not to call me about this anymore . Weirdos over at crown Honda don't go there. If you see Thomas at service just leave he will likely tell you to go to another shop to get work done I came here for warranty work they said I myself broke into my car usb panel area which I never have then they said it was another Honda that did it or take 5 oil change that broke it take 5 oil change doesn't even go in your car and the cherry on top is they said not using a iPhone charger from Apple caused the panel where I plug my phone into to come off it for sure was Apple brand and that shouldn't make the panel come off that seems like a defect if a charger made the panel come off regardless of what charger it was is irrelevant they just make up bs here don't come here for anything my usb was also hard to plug in after coming here that area was more damaged then when I came was just a clip now my usb port got messed up from them at least fixed now done somewhere professional. Anyone would be frustrated if they are lied to by a dealership and got there car damaged they couldn't handle me dropping some F bombs saying "I won't be talked to like this" have you seen Gordon Ramsey it's frustrating when professionals don't do what they should in there field well I won't be gas lit into saying me or take 5 or another Honda caused damage to my car or a cable caused it it's all bs do the warranty work and be done with it how it should be. DONT COME HERE!

Service Department pretty bad. Ladies beware! Went for oil and filter change. Bottom line I had to return because skid plate dragging on street and was destroyed. It was not screwed in properly. Waited 3 hours to get it replaced. Received $800 in service estimates. After home discover Brake fluid reservoir empty, coolant reservoir empty, windshield washer fluid empty. Tires air pressure low. Nothing told to me. After skid plate incident, checked under the hood. Wrote to Service Manager, Matt. He left me voicemail acknowledged poor service. Asked me to call him on his direct line. I did, twice. Never heard back. I left voice mail for General Manager. No response! I purchased my Honda there. Went there for service, even if more expensive because I wanted it done correctly. Not only let me drive away after 3 hour wait with a car in that condition, ignored me! I spent $60 filling fluids after my service inspection, what a joke. Seriously want $800 to do routine maintenance when you can't complete an oil change? Wonder if they changed oil filter?

Matthew Gordon took great care of me. Hes a true professional. He went out of his way to save me as much money as he could. He didnt have to do this and I would never have known the difference. Thank you Matthew !!
