Mike and Tia were so helpful and patient with any questions or concerns I had. He even contacted me on his day off to reassure me everything was falling into place. Financing a car was my first big purchase and they made me very comfortable and confident that I made the right choice letting them handle it. My sister has been using Mike as her car rep since 2016 and I can see why. They treat you like family and not a customer, and I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

We bought our 5th vehicle off Tia Harr and Mike Tan this week at Crown Honda. We are so pleased with Tia and Mike, their customer service is the most exceptional I have ever experienced. They are so easy going and do whatever they can to keep the process low key with minimal stress. I have even looked into buying a brand different than Honda but always end up back here because of Tia and Mike. Honda is a great product, but it is really the people I am buying the car from. We bought two of the vehicles from them through text and did all the paperwork over e-mail with Docusign. I just stopped in to drop my trade and pick up my new car. We did not have to spend much time at the dealership. Another great experience with Tia and Mike so thank you to Crown Honda for making sure such quality people stay employed working there. A big thank you to Tia and Mike! We will see you again when we are ready to trade our other Honda in a couple years.

Tremendous buying experience at Crown Honda Saturday trying to balance a tight budget while securing one of the most reliable cars on the market. Tia Harr (Saleswoman) helped tremendously by working with us to find a good fit for our needs (2020 Honda Civic LX), while Chris Brunson (Sales Manager) chipped-in with a great trade-in allowance (despite the trade-in being in desperate need of a detailing), which made possible what we otherwise thought impossible. Many thanks to Tia, Chris, and the whole Honda team (you too Mike! and Desmond! (Finance)) for a wonderful day and car. Thank you ever so much.
