I got window tinting at a local shop and my battery died during the process. I recently bought my vehicle from Crown, so I brought it back to them at Honda and told them what happened. Darren, I believe the head manager, was very helpful and understanding and replaced my battery for me at no charge, and made sure I was well taken care of. Mike in service was also very great in getting my issues taken care of.

Just another top-notch visit at Crown Honda! From the time I was welcomed on the service area and until I drove off in my vehicle I was astounded by the courteous and professional service I received.
