I took my Accord in for service 2 weeks ago, and as always, JR was amazing! I actually followed him from Ocean Honda because hes simply the best. He took the time to show me the parts that were replaced and explain the condition of each one, which I really appreciated. Since it was a longer service, I was also grateful to be able to get a rental so I could still make it to work. Mike Jimenez was very helpful in directing me where to go and made the process smooth. Excellent service all around. Thank you to the whole team!
