I recently purchased a Honda SUV from Crown Honda and I couldn't be more pleased with the manager Enver Bekric, the sales staff (Nathan and Mitch) and Nick G in the service department. Everyone was very professional and responsive to my questions. Great Job Crown Honda!!!!!!!!!

I have always have good service experiences at Crown Honda. Personable employees eager to solve problems. Came in this time for service after major flooding. I was already looking at trading in for a newer vehicle and was encourage to do so sooner rather than later due to potential future issues due flooding. A happy customer relationship since the 1990's. Thank you Daimara Morrill, Zachary Zinn, and Nicholas Goldstein.

Went here today to get my car serviced and found my wife the car of her dreams. David Miller was amazing as was his supporting cast Nick And Avery in finance. Tremendous service and the quickest turnaround this 42 year old has ever seen.

We had a very good experience when purchasing our car through Vinny Keovongsa this week. He was so polite, and knowledgeable about the cars and what our personal needs were. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Crown Honda did an excellent job in helping me get a new car. I was trading in my old Accord and I worked with Jack Goldstein who went above and beyond and out of his way to help reach a great price on the specific trim and color of a new Insight. Jack is probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with, largely because he doesn't act like one. He was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. His part in this whole process was stellar and deserves great commendation. This review for Crown Honda as a whole, however, is only 4/5 stars due to the finance manager (the one at the end of the purchase process). He was rude and inattentive. He took personal phone calls during the time he was with us, stepping out of the room and passing it off as 'clients and banks calling.' This happened a total of 4 times during the time he was working with us. He also slowed the paperwork process down by checking on his personal E-Trade accounts by flipping tabs in his Internet browser while he was supposed to be inputting my data for the new vehicle purchase. His unprofessional behavior knocks this rating down to a 4; but again, Jack and the rest of the dealership couldn't possibly have been better!
