Bad review - Frantic Service - Unprofessional Representatives - Unsafe Work Behaviors. This was my first time service visit and last. Immediately confronted with dozen + cars coming into service, service techs were clearly frustrated and trying to check people in - completely overwhelmed. One tech, Thomas then yells at me to move my car in a new spot from where the other rep told me to wait. I didn’t though because the gap between the two cars was too small for me plus there were two representatives walking right in front of me. The rep is yelling at me to move and move up two times. I did when I felt it was safe. Spoke to Mathew the service manager about the poor service and being yelled at. No one could find my appointment so I waited a while. Finally another rep found it, Randy. He then was rude and combative (“now you’re making me mad!) when I told him I was having a bad experience on my first visit when I said that Thomas was being a “jerk”. I stopped got out of the car and simply gave my keys to the manager Mathew bypassing Randy and Thomas and went to the lobby to avoid all service people. Insanely, after finally getting my car checked in with Randy, I then heard other service reps cursing, being frustrated with the day and customers, “it’s just crazy” etc.. Shared my concerns with GM.

My service advisor, Randy Stiles was excellent and exceeded expectations! He was prompt arriving at my vehicle and went over all I needed for service. He had me in and out in 90 minutes! He also looked and applied discount coupons for my service work. I was very pleased! Highly recommend Randy Stiles and Crown Honda Service Dept!
