Had a mysterious electrical issue that caused a terrible screeching noise, the car play went off and I was unable to see the odometer. Randy Stiles has helped me several times and he is always very nice and supportive. I feel very confident that he will help me and have my best interest at heart.

Drove my '06 Honda Pilot EXL until just now. Hated to part with it but when Dali Ibrahimovic @ Crown Honda introduced me to the '26 Pilot EXL, I was sold. Dali is just the one for those of us who hate car shopping, as he took the time to expertly demonstrate all the bells & whistles with no pressure. Jumping from a 20 yr old vehicle, I appreciated his kindness & patience. Crown Honda has been my go-to for many years & I will continue to rely upon the service dept (shout out Randy Stiles) for my new Pilot as well. Thanks guys.
