We had a very good experience buying our Honda Odyssey at Crown Honda. Our sales man, Sasa Kresevljakovic was very helpful, professional, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple possibilities and we test drove multiple ones . He also went over many features of the vehicles and answered all of the questions we had . We traded in our 2016 Odyssey for a 2026 model, our third one since 2003. Sass was always patient and did a great job . Thanks .

OMG!! My friend and I walked in just to look at some cars..I had no intention whatsoever of buying a car. That all changed when Sasa the sales rep came over. I told him I'm not buying, just looking. Told him what some ideas of what I like. He listened and brought " the car " for me to test drive. Instant love. I told him again I'm not ready to do anything bc I already had an appt to sell my car to Carvana bc they gave me a good price on my current vehicle. Long story short, they have me a BETTER price for my trade in and I wound up buying the car I test drove. Bottom line, he LISTENED! It was SUCH a smooth transaction I couldn't believe it!! I'm the happiest girl ever! I couldn't wait to call Carvana and cancel my appt w them. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and professional. Not what I'm used to at car dealerships. The kicker is that my friend who was with me, she is now going to trade her car in at Crown and buy a car from them too. She was so impressed too. Sasa Kresevljakovic, you have a lifetime customer in me. I still can't believe it!! I had no intention whatsoever of buying a car today but I am the happiest girl ever and SO glad that I came in to Crown Honda today! Thank you Sasa!

Excellent experiences with Enver and his team. I got my car in 2024 and have brought back both of my kids and my husband to buy from them. The general sales manager John called me about a car and that was what started this adventure. I am grateful that he called me. His team Enver, Tyler, Sajaed and Sasa treated me like family. No pushing any car on me. I asked Enver if he could find a car for me with a good engine, cold a/c and Bluetooth with a payment I felt comfortable with. He found me a great deal. No fuss, no rush. It was a very peaceful transaction. I will have my car serviced here and I will be back for my next car, whenever that is. Thank you for your caring attitude and patience 🙂
