I want to start by recognizing Frank Lovett, our salesman. He was excellent from beginning to end—fair, patient, professional, and genuinely worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We are currently staying in Sarasota, about an hour away, and only stopped in because we happened to be in the area and wanted to take a look. We ended up purchasing our vehicle because Frank did all the hard work, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The finance manager was also great to work with and helped make the paperwork process smooth. The reason for my 4-star review instead of 5 stars is the dealership management. After driving the vehicle off the lot, I noticed a paint defect. To the dealership’s credit, they agreed to fix the issue and provide a loaner vehicle. However, the sales manager, Troy, was extremely difficult to work with regarding the logistics. Because we live an hour away and have an infant, I asked if they would reimburse an Uber so I could pick up the loaner while leaving my vehicle for repairs. Troy refused. As a result, we now have to either make multiple trips with two vehicles or pay out of pocket for transportation. With a baby, that’s a significant inconvenience. My daughter has already made the drive back and forth with us twice, and I’m not willing to continue putting her through unnecessary trips when a simple customer-service solution could have resolved the issue. Frank and the finance team earned our business and deserve recognition for the outstanding experience they provided. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility and customer care from management took away from what otherwise would have been a 5-star experience. Next time, we’ll likely keep our business closer to home. Edit: make sure you double check MSRP/retail sticker price matches the itemized purchase sheet. We advised Troy of the discrepancy and he had to check the car himself to believe us.

Ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey. Joey helped us as well as Troy and a few other people at Honda. The experience was so great, and there wasn’t any sneaky fees/add-ons. They were extremely transparent with everything along the way in the purchase process, and whatever we asked for they provided. My husband works many hours, so time is extremely value to us, and they were respectful of that. They were straight to the point. We were able to get what needed to be done without him being there. So when he was in town, we picked it up and that took about 5 minutes. The team was so great and Joey was very responsive. Joey came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle! Overall it was a great experience. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience and we will definitely purchase from Crown Honda again. The entire transaction, including execution of preliminary paperwork, was negotiated via a series of phone calls, emails, text messages and Crown's online portal. And it was all done from 300 miles away. I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, shortly after 9am, and was out the door with keys to a brand new Ridgeline Black Edition 81 minutes later. Joseph Sutnick, Eric Harris, Troy Young and Sejad Gurdic were all involved along the way. Everyone was friendly and helpful, without any pressure whatsoever. I've got to say though, Sejad was my favorite. He is definitely not your average F&I manager. I have to deduct a couple tenths of a point for the very lackluster pre-delivery wash and wax. Tire dressing all over the wheels, glass wasn't clean. Just a very average/below average job. Overall, I would rate the entire experience 4.8 stars out of 5, but since Google won't let us do that, and because we will return, I'm giving Crown the 5 star review.

Tia Harr was exceptionally attentive and guided me through all the financial and technical hurdles. Attentive, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. My memories of buying cars was hours of sitting and extreme boredom, not with Tia, fast and effortless., Ill be back as soon as the new Prelude comes out. Crown is really outstanding and also a big shout out to Troy Young hes the boss that manages and inspires the troops to meet the standards demanded to maintain and improve.
