Weve been to many a dealership and dealt with many salespeople Ashish, Rashawn and Katie were the best! It took longer to detail the Hybrid Sonata than it did for us to sign all our paperwork. No back and forth, no just waiting on, very straightforward and easy. Side note, the bathrooms are also really clean! And this hybrid is phenomenal. My husband commutes 100 miles to work each day and we were getting killed with gas. Lastly, Katie was the nicest! Not only was she sweet, she was able to get us a less expensive apples to apples insurance plan. What a great service. Definitely considering that Palisades..

Ashish Thomas was a great help today as I turned in my 2023 Tucson for a new 2026. Though my 2023:had less than 12,000 miles, the lease was running out and I enjoy the comfort of a new car. The transaction went very smoothly, as it always does at Crown. Ashish understood my needs and what i was willing to do to make the transaction happen smoothly and he and the Crown team made it work. Though I no longer live in St. Pete, I am so comfortable with Crown that I make the trip to continue working with a team that always sees I am well served. Thank you Ashish and the whole team.
