From the moment I arrived, Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He was patient throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions honestly, and took the time to explain every detail. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated how transparent and respectful he was from start to finish. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Austin made the experience smooth and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend anyone shopping for a Hyundai to ask for Austin McWhorter at Crown Genesis. Was looking for a new vehicle and Crown Hyundai showed the one I wanted in stock. I do not live in the area and started negotiating through their website. Austin McWhorter contacted me by email. He was able to evaluate my trade and negotiate a deal by phone and email. I agreed and drove to Crown Hyundai. Austin was busy but Kenneth Sweet was able to do the test drive and confirm the price. Handed over to the Finance department and Mark Bowen handled the signing. I felt respected from all involved, did not feel pressure and was happy with the transaction and the Hyundai I drove home.

Austin was so helpful and friendly. He had great knowledge about all the cars and definitely loves what he does. I would recommend this dealership if you want to feel supported and heard. I would trust this place and AUSTIN MCWHORTER!!! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

This place is a joke. Especially, Austin McWhorter - sales consultant. Buddy scheduled a meeting with me to see a truck, was supposed to get me a trade-in estimate on my current vehicle. Instead, the car sold and Austin never reached out to inform me NOR did he reply to me when I asked for the trade-in estimate multiple times. Austin is lazy, unprofessional, and a joke of a salesman.

DISHONEST, LAZY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Came in thinking I was going to go home with an accident free car, at least that's what they said. The car was clearly in an unreported accident; tailgate was discolored with a really bad paint job, bumper was even worse. This dealership is a joke. Austin McWhorter was my sales guy and he sat there and twiddled his thumbs and played on his phone as we looked at the car. Great salesman buddy was lazy and unprofessional, a true representation of Crown Hyundai. Glad I did not purchase a vehicle here.
