I truly cannot recommend Crown Hyundai enough. I was having some pretty awful experiences with other dealerships in an attempt to find my new used car. As a woman, in particular, the sexism and discrimination we face often makes car shopping a nightmare. But finding Jack Nash and the amazing folks at Crown Hyundai turned it all around for me. Everyone from Jack to Rashawn, in finance, to Cody, the sales manager, had such great attitudes and were so chill and pleasant to work with. Excellent communication skills and you can tell they actually like each other. So happy with my Kona N Line. 😁

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg. I went in simply to discuss numbers on a car I was interested in, but the manager on my paper says Cody, a bulky man, insisted that I test drive a the vehicle before he ran my numbers. When I declined, he became extremely rude and dismissive. His demeanor felt aggressive, and I honestly felt bullied and attacked during the interaction. To make matters worse, he presented unusually low numbers on my trade-in, which felt like part of his intimidation tactic rather than an honest negotiation. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and unsure if his behavior stemmed from being a rude person in general or if it had something to do with the fact that I am a woman or a Black woman. Im sharing this so others are aware and can hopefully have a better experience than I did. He truly was a bully and seemed as though my telling him no, was a challenge. When in fact I just didnt want to. I really liked the car, but a would be customer turned away by a managers behavior. I will be writing formal letter to the dealership and consuner affairs.
