I had a recall notice that I needed an emissions update. That was done along with an oil change and had my tires rotated. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and all went well. Doreen, the service agent assigned to me, was very helpful, polite and efficient. To top it off, they gave my car a beautiful car wash!

I had my 16k service appointment with Crown Hyundai. My service advisor, Doreen Hailey, was excellent, kept me up to date and was very thorough. After about 15 minutes she came to tell me the service was going to take a little longer than expected and she would be glad to Uber me home. She later called me and offered to pick me up via Uber as well. I could not have asked for better service. Definitely a pleasant experience and I really have to say that even though she was very busy, Doreen went above and beyond.
