Drake was very helpful and got me in for service on my GV80 after returning from vacation for my recall and my a/c was not cooling. He also made sure that everything was the way it should be. He was good at helping me get some rubber trim pieces replaced on my vehicle while in the shop that were also covered under my warranty. He was also able to provide me with a loaner so I could get back and forth to work until my car repairs were completed. That was very helpful for me. Drake is very tuned into his clients needs and ensuring that they are happy with the service he provides to his client.
