Casey Newman and Jack Nash at Crown Hyundai in St. Pete are tops in my book. I was interested in leasing a red, 2026 Ionic 5 and spent a few days telephoning a whole bunch of dealerships in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Not one of them could produce a red car (red cars are scarce apparently) leasable at reasonable rates. Finally, as luck would have it, I dialed up Crown Hyundai. Not only did Casey and Jack immediately find the precise car I was looking for, they put together and excellent, very reasonable deal and they did so quickly, painlessly and professionally. Superb team. I heartily recommend them.

I waited for a day when I could write my thoughts clearly and give both Jack and sales manager Casey Newson high accolades for their work in securing a beautiful Santa Fe from them. I had reviewed and driven 3 other vehicles before I met with them and I from the initial meeting with sales rep Jack and his no pressure way of answering questions about the few vehicles I was deciding on. A great listener, knowledgeable and taking that drive in my final decision. Next, getting the deal I was looking for with that amazing 100,000 mile warranty. Thank you Casey. My Santa Fe lease was coming up and I wasn't sure if I wanted a new Santa Fe lease or purchase my current Santa Fe lease. I was working with Travis and told him my situation. He got me all the information I needed and was never pushy or aggressive. My wife and I still couldn't make up our minds and we went back to the dealership and met up with Jack who showed us the new Santa Fe. Jack was just like Travis. Answered our questions, was helpful, and never pushy. Practically waiting until last minute, we decided to purchase our current lease, and this time we worked with Mikuh, who was just as pleasant as Travis and Jack. It was a smooth transaction after doing the financing with Mark, and then we were back on the road with our new purchase. So to sum this, work with Travis, Jack, and Mikuh and you'll have a good experience at Crown Hyundai. I will be working with them again when my other vehicle lease comes up. Thank you!
