Auto Service Having your check engine light come on when you've just begun a week's vacation on the beach is definitely stressful. However, having a great Service Rep like Cliff Stoufer take care of you definitely helps calm the anxiety involved. Nothing can make car trouble painless, but Cliff does an excellent job in helping you feel like you have an expert on your team. Thanks for everything you did to help, Cliff. I would also like to commend Crown Hyundai's courtesy transportation. Jerry is one of the safest drivers I've ever ridden with and a very courteous, professional, and genuinely nice person. Thanks for the safe trip home, Jerry!

First dealership service visit in a long time I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased by my recent service visit to Crown Hyundai. Brian Casey was excellent, and really went above and beyond to provide great customer service and gave me a lot of information in response to my numerous questions. I did not have my previous car serviced by the dealer where I purchased it, but I am planning on using Brian Casey and Crown Hyundai for my service needs for my new Hyundai after this very good experience. I also used their shuttle service to and from my place of work, and found that added convenience and Jerry the driver to be great. I'll be back for regular service based on this.
