After weeks of searching for my daughter's first car, we found both a 2024 and 2025 Hyundai Tucson at Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. Within minutes of requesting the instant price, I received the price and Justin Hoffman reached out by text. He answered all my questions and when I asked for his best price, he gave it to me—no games, no back-and-forth. After three weeks of shopping and dealing with other dealerships, that level of honesty and transparency was refreshing. If Justin hadn't been so friendly, responsive, and genuine over text, we would never have made the one-hour drive. When my daughter arrived, Justin was finishing with another customer, so he introduced her to Joel Sepulveda. Joel was great with her. He took her on test drives of both the 2024 and 2025 Tucson, explained everything clearly, and made her feel completely comfortable during such an important purchase. By the time we arrived, she had already narrowed it down to the 2024 model. After looking over the Tucson ourselves—with fewer than 8,000 miles and practically brand new—we agreed it was the perfect choice. Joel guided my daughter through every step of buying her first car, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. Mark Bowen then walked her through the purchase and paperwork with the same professionalism and patience. The experience ended with Joel handing her the keys, taking a photo of her with her new Tucson, and helping create a memory our family won't forget. Buying a car can be stressful, but Justin, Joel, Mark, and the entire Crown Hyundai team made it enjoyable from start to finish. Their honesty, professionalism, patience, and teamwork were evident every step of the way. This was our first Hyundai, and thanks to this outstanding team, I have a feeling it won't be our last. Justin Hoffman was so helpful in trading our 2022 Tucson for a 2026 Tucson. No pressure trying to sell me something I didn’t want he listened and went above and beyond in making this a great experience. Was getting car serviced and while waiting we toured the lot to see if we could find vehicle we liked. We were met by a pleasant sales rep, Justin Hoffman who offered to help. We found a vehicle we were interested in and test drove vehicle. Justin never pressured us and he provided info that would help us make a decision. Never any pressure which we were thankful for. We made a deal and we were glad Justin facilitated. He was the best. Would love to work with him again in future

I’m from Orlando and had been shopping for a couple weeks in the area with no luck. Previously, I bought 3 cars from Crown Honda so I thought I would try Crown Hyundai. I called and spoke with Justin Hoffman on a Wednesday, gave him my specs and budget. Within 15mins we made a deal over the phone. I was able to get the model and color 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe that I wanted within budget. Picked up the car on Saturday and worked with the entire Crown Hyundai team to get the deal completed, another rep named Eric was able to get us over the finish line. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back in the future.
