Was looking for a new vehicle and Crown Hyundai showed the one I wanted in stock. I do not live in the area and started negotiating through their website. Austin McWhorter contacted me by email. He was able to evaluate my trade and negotiate a deal by phone and email. I agreed and drove to Crown Hyundai. Austin was busy but Kenneth Sweet was able to do the test drive and confirm the price. Handed over to the Finance department and Mark Bowen handled the signing. I felt respected from all involved, did not feel pressure and was happy with the transaction and the Hyundai I drove home.

Purchased a used Hyundai Kona with extremely low mileage that I found on line. Kenny Sweet was professional and informative. Car was for my daughter who is heading off to college and we had a lot of questions about safety features. Kenny was patient very helpful. He even arranged to have items shipped to us that were not in the car. We discovered that they were missing when we got home. From start to finish the experience was great. We traveled two hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. The only concern I had was during the financing portion. Everything was on an iPad. Would prefer to have everything on paper to review and discuss before signing documents. Vinny Zeitler handled the finance portion. He did answer all my questions and listed out all of the extra items with pricing so I could write them out and make an informed decision. Except for the method of signing documents, it was a great first experience purchasing a vehicle at Crown Hyundai in Saint Petersburg, FL. Kenny Sweet and his team were great!
