Lori, lied to us from the very beginning. Told us what we wanted to hear and then totally changed the script. She also, asked us to be dishonest about our oil records, she stated and I quote, " go get a receipt pad and put the name, address and phone number, along with the milage for the months that you are missing". I had all this recorded, I wish there was a way to post this on here. We are very dissatisfied with this company and who they hire. All we wanted was our car to be looked at and fixed. The last thing I will add, the company did not even take the car out of the bay to test drive it. We have a camera that records 24/7, it stayed in the bay until we came and got it. They stole money from us.

Lori is hard working and does all she can to get things done right and quickly. The service department needs more help due to the sheer volume of vehicles needing service. It took months to get my car in for a service. Then some miscommunication happened and my car was left to sit at the lot and not be serviced. The service employees work very hard but more help is needed in my opinion.
