After weeks of searching for my daughter's first car, we found both a 2024 and 2025 Hyundai Tucson at Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. Within minutes of requesting the instant price, I received the price and Justin Hoffman reached out by text. He answered all my questions and when I asked for his best price, he gave it to me—no games, no back-and-forth. After three weeks of shopping and dealing with other dealerships, that level of honesty and transparency was refreshing. If Justin hadn't been so friendly, responsive, and genuine over text, we would never have made the one-hour drive. When my daughter arrived, Justin was finishing with another customer, so he introduced her to Joel Sepulveda. Joel was great with her. He took her on test drives of both the 2024 and 2025 Tucson, explained everything clearly, and made her feel completely comfortable during such an important purchase. By the time we arrived, she had already narrowed it down to the 2024 model. After looking over the Tucson ourselves—with fewer than 8,000 miles and practically brand new—we agreed it was the perfect choice. Joel guided my daughter through every step of buying her first car, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. Mark Bowen then walked her through the purchase and paperwork with the same professionalism and patience. The experience ended with Joel handing her the keys, taking a photo of her with her new Tucson, and helping create a memory our family won't forget. Was looking for a new vehicle and Crown Hyundai showed the one I wanted in stock. I do not live in the area and started negotiating through their website. Austin McWhorter contacted me by email. He was able to evaluate my trade and negotiate a deal by phone and email. I agreed and drove to Crown Hyundai. Austin was busy but Kenneth Sweet was able to do the test drive and confirm the price. Handed over to the Finance department and Mark Bowen handled the signing. I felt respected from all involved, did not feel pressure and was happy with the transaction and the Hyundai I drove home.

My Santa Fe lease was coming up and I wasn't sure if I wanted a new Santa Fe lease or purchase my current Santa Fe lease. I was working with Travis and told him my situation. He got me all the information I needed and was never pushy or aggressive. My wife and I still couldn't make up our minds and we went back to the dealership and met up with Jack who showed us the new Santa Fe. Jack was just like Travis. Answered our questions, was helpful, and never pushy. Practically waiting until last minute, we decided to purchase our current lease, and this time we worked with Mikuh, who was just as pleasant as Travis and Jack. It was a smooth transaction after doing the financing with Mark, and then we were back on the road with our new purchase. So to sum this, work with Travis, Jack, and Mikuh and you'll have a good experience at Crown Hyundai. I will be working with them again when my other vehicle lease comes up. Thank you!
