Giving Crown Hyundai Five stars isn’t enough! This will be one of the six vehicles we have purchased from the Crown dealerships and three of them being from Crown Hyundai. Marc Salerno made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. He’s welcoming, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and has a great sense of humor that made the whole experience enjoyable. Most importantly, he was honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured. Thank you as well to Mark Bowen, the financial service manager, for putting together a great deal and ensuring the process went as smoothly as promised. We truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him for his expertise and he answered all our questions. I recently purchased a new 2026 Palisade from Crown Hyundai. My salesman, Justin Hoffman was terrific. Special mention of Mark Bowen, Finance Manager. Mark made everything go smoothly and made sure I got the best deal possible. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Buying a Hyundai never crossed my mind, however, when I looked at the Palisade, I was VERY impressed. (I love it!)

My experience with John at Crown Hyundai was excellent. I bought a 2025 Hyundai Venue SEL with about 4,700 miles, and John kept the process clear and uncomplicated. He was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the purchase. The agreed price was honored, and there were no unpleasant surprises when it was time to complete the paperwork. After weeks of searching for my daughter's first car, we found both a 2024 and 2025 Hyundai Tucson at Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. Within minutes of requesting the instant price, I received the price and Justin Hoffman reached out by text. He answered all my questions and when I asked for his best price, he gave it to me—no games, no back-and-forth. After three weeks of shopping and dealing with other dealerships, that level of honesty and transparency was refreshing. If Justin hadn't been so friendly, responsive, and genuine over text, we would never have made the one-hour drive. When my daughter arrived, Justin was finishing with another customer, so he introduced her to Joel Sepulveda. Joel was great with her. He took her on test drives of both the 2024 and 2025 Tucson, explained everything clearly, and made her feel completely comfortable during such an important purchase. By the time we arrived, she had already narrowed it down to the 2024 model. After looking over the Tucson ourselves—with fewer than 8,000 miles and practically brand new—we agreed it was the perfect choice. Joel guided my daughter through every step of buying her first car, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. Mark Bowen then walked her through the purchase and paperwork with the same professionalism and patience. The experience ended with Joel handing her the keys, taking a photo of her with her new Tucson, and helping create a memory our family won't forget. Buying a car can be stressful, but Justin, Joel, Mark, and the entire Crown Hyundai team made it enjoyable from start to finish. Their honesty, professionalism, patience, and teamwork were evident every step of the way. This was our first Hyundai, and thanks to this outstanding team, I have a feeling it won't be our last.
