The service adviser Scott made it easy. Everything was clearly explained.Using Uber as courtesy transportation is a great idea. It is much faster than a shuttle bus. The car is running great.

Scott King was my advisor and he was incredibly helpful. I came into crown hyundai because I was having issues with my backup camera. My cheap ass was willing to ignore it (my sonata is my first car with a backup camera) until it started to mess with the sensors. I took it to my regular guys and they said I needed to take it to the dealership. I was pissed and ready to be upsold and overcharged, but that wasn't the case. From the minute I called, til the minute I left, I was very well taken care off. Scott went out of his way to communicate with me very effectively. He let me know about other things they think I should take care of but never made me feel pressured to do anything else. He was also super informative about financing and wasnt pushy when I said no thanks im broke. Lol. He was awesome and has a great voice. Another thing id like to mention is that there are a lot of really pleasant people working at this dealership. The world we live in today has a problem with customer service, but thats not a problem here. All the guys who checked in my car (multiple times) were fantastic. The ladies I spoke to at the desk were very friendly. And the salesman were also incredibly pleasant. The uber shuttle thing is fantastic too. 10/10 experience.
