I would like to tell you about the recent car purchase I made at Crown Hyundai. When I arrived, I was greeted by a sales person named Mike Tan. It was the first time I’ve ever been greeted at a car dealer with an attitude of, how can I help you. As opposed to, “what are you looking to buy?” Mike introduced me to an associate of his named Tia Harr. Together they both assisted us with making our decision. Throughout the entire process of deciding on what automobile we wanted to see, we were treated with the upmost kindness, consideration, and respect that I’ve ever received at any car dealer. Mike and Tia were very knowledgeable and pointed out the facts, features, and benefits of the two SUV’s we were considering. For that reason we end up buying a 2026 Hyundai Palisade. As I said, we were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Crown Hyundai and ask for Mike Tan if you are ever looking for a car or SUV. Respectfully, Tom R.
