We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid at Crown Hyundai! Stephen Hotis was our salesman and was incredibly kind, patient, genuine, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He taught us so much about the Palisade and all its features before we bought it, making us feel even more comfortable purchasing. Vinnie in finance was also fantastic—friendly, straightforward, and great communication. We really appreciated how well we were treated from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Stephen, Vinnie, and Crown Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We love our new Palisade! 🤩

Tacked on an extra $10/month charge with no explanation and said they wouldn’t provide the document because it was “internal.” When I called for clarification, Vinny the finance manager hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, go somewhere that provides real quotes

May be a duplicate review but it deserves two. Jack Nash was my first impression of Crown Hyundai and ultimately a large part of my motivation to follow through on a purchase. Jack, Casey, Jami, and Vinny were all a pleasure to deal with. Professional and courteous the whole way through.

Purchased a used Hyundai Kona with extremely low mileage that I found on line. Kenny Sweet was professional and informative. Car was for my daughter who is heading off to college and we had a lot of questions about safety features. Kenny was patient very helpful. He even arranged to have items shipped to us that were not in the car. We discovered that they were missing when we got home. From start to finish the experience was great. We traveled two hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. The only concern I had was during the financing portion. Everything was on an iPad. Would prefer to have everything on paper to review and discuss before signing documents. Vinny Zeitler handled the finance portion. He did answer all my questions and listed out all of the extra items with pricing so I could write them out and make an informed decision. Except for the method of signing documents, it was a great first experience purchasing a vehicle at Crown Hyundai in Saint Petersburg, FL. Kenny Sweet and his team were great!

Stephen was a fantastic help when we looked at the new Santa Fe. He was super thorough going through every detail on the car and super patient talking us through questions, colors, and options. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Marc, Casey, and Vinny were also wonderful during the buying process. Overall, we had a great first experience with Crown Hyundai!

5 star service in every aspect of the purchase of my 2026 Tuscon SEL from the sales man Andrew Turner to the financing guy Vinnie Zeitler... I have honestly never had a more pleasant and easy buying experience from any car dealers I've dealt with in the past.
