Austin Hager at Crown INEOS was extremely helpful from first contact all the way through purchase (and even afterward). He was proactive in contacting me after I made an initial inquiry on the dealership site, understanding what my needs and interests were in a new Grenadier, providing several on-target options for me, and scheduling a time for me to come in and do some test drives. He was accommodating and helped me get to a conclusion relatively quickly so that I could drive my new vehicle off the lot that evening. He has been available and responsive to periodic follow-up questions during the first six weeks after my purchase.
