This 5 star review is for Austin, Megan and Dana. Dana was the first person to introduce himself on a day where the dealership was busy given the amount of people working. Austin was our salesman. And Megan the sales manager. We left same day with a vehicle but admittedly had an issue that needed resolved afterwards. Buying a car is intimidating for many people but Megan led with compassion and as did Austin those two things go a long way for repeat business and referrals in the future. So thank you both for handling things with care even if it wasnt easy to do so. My only feedback would be how other departments continue on that relationship established with the client. It needs to be a cohesive experience and that seemed to be lost after we were out of Megan and Austins hands. Which is why I believe they both deserve a shoutout and their business a 5 star review.
