I worked with Steven in Sales at Crown Ineos, first remotely through text (I’m 2 hours from dealership), and then in person when I went in for a test drive. Steven was super responsive to my questions through text and I never felt pushed or pressured. At the dealership, Steven had the three Grenadiers I was most interested in all ready for me and walked me through the various differences. He worked with me on my trade-in, and made the experience as simple as it could be. He made sure to introduce me to Tylor in Parts & Service as well, so that a connection was established up front. After visiting several competitive brand showrooms, and always coming away feeling pressured or ignored it was a refreshing experience working with Steven and Crown Grenadier.
