I found Marcus, my salesperson, along with Grant, Paul, and Brittney, to be very helpful, easy to work with, and straightforward. This would be my fourth or fifth car from Crown Dealerships, even though I live in Tampa, and I have always gotten a better deal with them. They don’t play any games, and neither do I, so it’s a perfect match. The service department is a bit of a drive for me, but the friendly faces and coffee make it worthwhile. "The only thing I did not appreciate was being told to leave a 5-star review or not to leave one at all. A review should come from the customer and reflect how they genuinely feel, because it is always the customer’s choice, even when the service is excellent. In a real world today, I do believe no one is perfect and neither can Crown"

I've wanted a Grenadier for quite a while and took my time researching before finally making the move. I looked at several options throughout my home state of Florida, spoke with Orlando and Holman INEOS, and even considered a few vehicles in neighboring states. Ultimately, I chose Crown INEOS in St. Pete because they were the most flexible and offered the best overall deal. Agim was great to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Paul in finance was equally helpful. He was straightforward, never tried to push anything, and was able to beat the rates I found after shopping several banks on my own. I ended up with an Eldoret Blue Grenadier, and seeing it in person sealed the deal. Pictures don't really do the color justice. Overall, a smooth and pressure free experience. I'd definitely recommend Crown INEOS if you're considering a Grenadier, whether you're in Florida or buying from out of state.

The color has a lot more depth than photos capture and looks even better in real life. Overall, it was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've had. Everything was handled professionally, communication was excellent, and there was never any pressure. I would definitely recommend Crown INEOS to anyone considering a Grenadier, whether you're shopping in Florida or buying from out of state.
