We had a great experience at Crown Kia. We were shopping for a new Kia Telluride all over the state of Florida and went to several Kia dealerships that would add on extra incentives to their price was a totally different price then what was posted online. This isn’t the case at Crown Kia, the price they say is the price you get. They are very easy to work with and their staff is very friendly and responsive. Beau was the sales representative that we had the pleasure of working with and he was very responsive and honest through the purchase and never tried to haggle us once. He made this purchase very easy and we wish we went to Crown Kia first! Thank you Beau and Crown Kia for making this such an easy process.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Beau Price at Crown Kia. From the very beginning, he was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely caring. At no point did I ever feel pressured or pushed toward a vehicle simply because it happened to be sitting on the lot. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly what my family and I were looking for. He answered every question thoroughly, remained responsive throughout the process, and worked tirelessly to try to locate the right SUV that met our specific requirements. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention and dedication he provided. I have dealt with many people in the retail and automotive industries over the years, and very few have demonstrated this level of customer service. He made what can often be a stressful car-buying experience feel relaxed and comfortable because I knew he was genuinely working on our behalf and doing everything possible to find the perfect vehicle for our family. Beau was amazing. I came in about a month and a half before I was ready to purchase a vehicle. He was not pushy at all and was very understanding of the situation I was in. I left feeling relieved at how easy the process of test driving a car was. Once I was ready to purchase, I initially went to a different dealership where I was treated very poorly. I reached out to Beau and he responded immediately. I came in last night with a very specific car in mind, I was given a great deal on the car and the entire process was super smooth. Very happy! Definitely recommend Beau and the Crown Kia dealership. Everyone i interacted with was very kind and transparent.
