They pride themselves on customer experience at this location and they have delivered on that. Worked with Brad Ford. He let me test drive that two vehicles I was looking at and he was very knowledgeable about all the features that both of the vehicles offered. I came back in today, and Mr. Ford was tied up with another customer so he made an introduction to his coworker Gary Parsons. Gary was a great sales consultant to work with. We had great conversation and he made the buying experience, smooth and easy.

We were looking for a 2026 sparkly yellow Kia turbo hatchback online, it was at Clearwater Kia , but went in and it had been transferred to Orlando 1 week prior , there was one at Kia new port Richey so we made an appointment to test drive it and buy it and we saw it when we arrived we thought it was already ready , walk in and was told it was sold few minutes prior , wasted trip and would never deal with them again , even though Crown Kia was 40 minutes away and did not have a yellow one we decided to test drive a white one they had to see how we liked it , it was then when we were told they could get us one from another dealership or order one ,my Daughter did not really want to wait for one from the factory but that’s what happened because no dealership would part with the rare yellow hatchback, she put a $1000 deposit down , got the sales agreement price to pay when it came in , it was a one month wait while it was being or finishing being built and our sales person Bradley Ford kept us updated on order status and estimated arrival date , I highly recommend Bradley for a salesperson to ask for , he made my Daughters experience on a new car a lot less stressful, this was her first new car after always owning used , so if you want a certain vehicle or color head on in and see Bradley so he can order your dream car .

We had a great experience working with Mr. Brad Ford today. I explained to him briefly what I was looking for and he literally went and show me the 2 cars in the lot today that best fit my description. He provided me with all the numbers for everything that I asked, from maintenance stuff, to safety, etc. On top of that we felt no pressure from him or anyone in the staff which is not as common as one may like. Thanks again, Brad. We'll see you soon.

I went to 3 dealers and ended up back at Kia. Part of that was due to Brad F. He was knowledgeable, didn't push the sale, and answered all my ridiculous questions, knowing I was not buying that day. I ended up back the next day to finalize the deal. After purchase, Brad even walked out to the car to make sure I had everything setup. I highly recommend Kia's warranty and Brad's service.
