I recently purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride EX Hybrid from Crown Kia of St. Petersburg, trading in my 2023 Kia Sorento, and I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I have had in the Tampa Bay area. What impressed me most about Crown Kia was their transparency and genuine care for the customer. Everything I saw on their website, including the vehicle pricing and offers, was consistent with what I was told at the dealership. There were no unpleasant surprises or last-minute games. That level of transparency made me feel comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process and distinguishes Crown Kia from many other dealerships. Gary Parsons, my sales representative, did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and he explained the vehicle, pricing, and purchase process clearly without putting pressure on me. He made sure I was comfortable with every step and answered all of my questions carefully. I also had an excellent experience with Anthony Montesano, the Financial Services Specialist. He was friendly, efficient, and straightforward in explaining the financing and paperwork. Dexter Benjamin, the Sales Manager, was equally kind and attentive. I especially appreciated the way he genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the purchase rather than simply trying to close the deal. Even though I did not use the service department during this visit, I was impressed by the facility. The service work area is visible from the waiting area through a large glass wall. To me, even the design of the dealership reflects Crown Kia's emphasis on openness and transparency. And, of course, I absolutely love my new Telluride EX Hybrid. It is powerful, smooth, quiet, comfortable, and loaded with features. It is easily one of the best vehicles I have driven. There are many good Kia dealerships around Tampa Bay, but based on my experience, Crown Kia stands out as the best. Their pricing is highly competitive, but more importantly, they treat customers with respect, transparency, and genuine care. Even if you live much closer to another Kia dealership, I strongly recommend making the extra drive to Crown Kia in St. Petersburg before buying your next Kia. In my experience, it is absolutely worth the trip. Thank you, Gary, Anthony, Dexter, and the entire Crown Kia team, for making what can often be a stressful car-buying experience surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Crown Kia without hesitation.

Taylor Alvarez was amazing, she really went above and beyond!! I was just browsing and happen to stop in. She was so warm and friendly and talked with me about what I was looking for. She was very upfront and honest about their vehicles and the vehicle i was exchanging. The thing i liked the most is that she wasn't pushy! Dexter was excellent as well. I told him my terms and what I wanted and he made it happen! I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the service Taylor and Dexter provided! Anthony was awesome as well! I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and see them!

Found a tremendous service professional in Crown KIA sales consultant, Ryan Johnson, who assisted me in purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Was thankful for his patience, his knowledge base, and his approachable character :) He was not deterred that I had no experience in buying a vehicle at a dealership and explained as much as I needed him to explain. It was a smooth transaction and not the anxiety-producing one I expected. I am a delighted owner of a KIA, thanks to him. Dexter Benjamin was a great help as well as Used Vehicles Supervisor. He was the first to greet me and introduced me to Ryan.
