Crown Kia provided an excellent service experience. After another dealership did a poor repair job on my vehicle, Jake B and Tomm B took the time to clearly explain what was actually wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. They were honest, professional, and never pressured me into paying for services or repairs I didn’t need. The service was completed quickly, which I really appreciated. They even gave my vehicle a complimentary car wash before I left, which was a great added touch. I highly recommend Crown Kia—especially Jake and Tomm—and I will definitely return for any future vehicle issues.

Jacob Butler was my Service Consultant today when I brought in my Kia Sorento for service. It’s never a good thing to see your Check Engine light come on, especially with a newer car but Jacob was very reassuring, explaining everything that would happen, helping me with my warranty questions and several other questions I had. He was professional and thorough, which calmed my nerves right away. I highly recommend asking for Jacob when you bring in your Kia for service! Thank you, again, Jacob.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Crown Kia! Our friends told us to connect with Vinny Cafiero, the manager at Crown Kia. They had recently made a purchase and Vinny pointed them in the right direction. We got connected with Ashlee Richardson and she was absolutely AMAZING! The entire experience was great from start to finish. We were looking for a new Kia Telluride. She gave me her cell phone # and we immediately started texting about what we were looking for. She quickly looked through the current inventory at the dealership and nothing was quite right. The next day I get a text from her stating a new shipment of Telluride's just came in and I think I found the exact one you're looking for. Sure enough, it was exactly what we wanted. She had to confirm that it passed inspection and that no one else had already claimed it. We quickly made an appointment to come in to secure the vehicle. She helped us determine if we'd trade in our car or not. She wasn't pushy at all and had a wealth of knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and delivered 110%! If you're in the market for a new car, Ashlee Richardson is your person. I will be referring her to anyone I know looking to make a Kia purchase in the future. *Updated 10/27/25* Tomm Burkart has become my go-to service rep. I can reach out directly to Tomm via his office cell to text or ask questions. He’s always responsive and super helpful. I am so grateful to have such an awesome service rep. I’ve had a couple of minor items pop up since owning my car and he’s always been so great at coming up with quick and efficient solutions. I had to get a new tire due to a nail in mine. Tomm had a new tire ordered and ready to go so I could do my oil change and tire replacement at the same time. He is great! I cannot recommend him enough. UPDATED 8/11/2026 - I really appreciate all the help from Tomm and Jake at Crown Kia. I had another flat tire and Tomm helped get me a new tire asap. Thanks for helping me!
