I went in yesterday morning and got my car serviced. My advisor, Jacob Butler was wonderful. I have been going to Kia for over 12 years now. He was so efficient and so informative. I am one of those type of people that have so many questions. He relieved my mind and filled me with information. I usually don't leave a Google review but he was well worth the time. Thanks Jacob. Also the waiting room was very pleasant. It was clean, fully stocked and the coffee was delicious.

My service advisor, Jake Butler, who was assisting my normal advisor, Tomm Burkart, got me in and out in a very timely manner for my recall issue on fuse in the driver's seat. Jake Butler assisted me today in a service recall and having the rear portion of my driver's seat reattached via tabs, all done in a very timely and through manner. Very, very satisfied with him assistance and keeping me informed; accurate estimate on when vehicle would be ready as I chose to wait.

My battery was on its last leg and the only available appointment was for the following Tuesday (5 days away). I decided to show up at service just to see if I could be fit in as a walk in. Not only did they take me but I was out of the service department within an hour with a new battery. Jake Butler was my service consultant and he did a great job. Very pleased and grateful that I didn’t have to go thru the weekend with a bad battery.

Jake Butler and Tomm Burkett worked on my wife’s car last week and she had great service. This week was my turn for some recalls on my Telluride. We dropped it off last night and it was checked in at 6:43 and 10:06 complete. It was such a seamless experience with no hassle and great communication. I will admit I normally put off recalls due to the hassle but if each time is this seamless, I will definitely keep up on them - great work!

Jake Butler and Tomm Burkart were wonderful! I had an appt first thing in the morning and by 7:30am they called with an update and said it would be finished in a few hours. They called back 3 hrs later my car was done, everything explained, and it was washed!

Tomm Burkart is absolutely amazing and phenomenal! He takes the absolute best care of me any time I come in for any of my service needs. If Tomm isn’t there, Jake Butler will also ensure you’re attended to. They’re both attentive, professional, friendly, and trustworthy! I never leave with any issues and would recommend asking for him anytime you need your vehicle serviced.
