Edited June 2026 - We had our Niro for 3 years and on a trip through Georgia, we got rear ended on the interstate. Even though the car was deemed a total loss, I walked away without a scratch. We went back to Crown and got my Sportage this time! 😁 Jeff P helped us and found what I wanted. I like having a dealership that I feel comfortable going back to over and over for very different things. You can't ask for more. Prior review 2023: We had put a down payment on a sportage that hadn't been delivered yet to Crown, and before it got to us it was damaged and they could not sell it (along with a few other vehicles.) So we were introduced to this very nice young man named Jacob Marshall and he showed us a couple of Niros and we bought a gray. We absolutely love this thing! It has so many fun bells and whistles that we didn't have before. Jake went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with what we found. I would not hesitate going back to see Crown Kia.
