Beau Price was our salesman. He did an excellent job with meeting our needs, and requests. Texted with him prior to visiting the dealership to make it a seamless experience. He got actually got us BELOW requested payment range, and start to finish was to the point and direct, which I can appreciate. Not everyone needs the fluffiness of sales tactics. UPDATE 6/22/2026: After a great 5+ years with my Seltos, I felt it was time to take advantage of that car's trade-in equity and put it towards a new vehicle. Of course, I went back to Crown Kia. This time around, it was Jennifer Jelinski who led the effort in providing the incredible service I've come to expect from Crown. I came into the showroom having identified a specific Kia Sportage I was interested in, and she wasted no time in getting me behind the wheel of that car, explaining its features and tech improvements, and later getting numbers in front of me that fit the budget I walked in with. With a little help from Anthony in Finance, I was in and out of the dealership and on the road with my new Sportage in just a few hours. I'm happy to say I'm a loyal and very satisfied Crown Kia customer and look forward to continuing my business relationship with them for years to come. Original Review: Worked with Andrew Turner on my first Kia purchase, a 2021 Seltos! Took a few days because it was Easter weekend and the car was in demand — like, the car I came to see had already been traded to another dealer by the time I could get over to Crown to see it! Andrew and the Crown team first tried to get that car back once I was sold on buying, but eventually to had to get a very similar one from another area dealer. Through it all, Andrew was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He answered all my questions, had plenty of tips to get the most out of the new car, and just made sure the whole experience was positive. Happy to give 5 stars and recommend Crown Kia to others!
