I was looking for a 2027 Kia Telluride. I started shopping locally and expanded my search. It seemed like dealers didn't get back to me or want to sell me a car. I tried a few with about a 2-5 day response time..(crazy).either they were busy or didn't care. I like to call and get numbers and such before I go because who wants to sit in a dealer all day? I reached out to Crown Kia on a particular vehicle. I delt with Danny S. He quoted me numbers quickly but couldn't provide me with something in writing, the numbers were good. He did provide me with an email with his quote per month for a lease. I had one day to get my current vehicle sold and purchase another. I knew that they probably wouldn't be able to match my trade in quote so I would have to sell it somebody else. I also was not local and it would be a 4 hr drive one way. On my way there I wanted to double check numbers and started working with Lace since Danny was out. She was responsive. I was about 15 mins out when I was informed the vehicle was a "demo" and might have miles on it. Lace stated she was not aware it was in fact a demo till she tried to retrieve it from inventory and apologized. I was a little upset but continued anyway. I did locate the exact vehicle at another dealer a little north of Crown Kia who stated they would beat the deal as a backup plan. I arrived at Crown Kia and Lace was trying to find a vehicle that I would like instead of the demo. I met Justin and he also apologized for the mixup and stated he would try to get me into something and work on the price. I did a test drive in another trim. When we arrived back the demo was there and was very clean and had little mileage on it. I decided to go with this one because it was the color combo I really wanted. Lace and Justine made sure that I was happy with that decision. Justin gave me an even better price than what was originally quoted to me. The paperwork was quick and I worked with John in Finance. He was great and straight to the point. Once my deal was closed I left to go sell my car to AutoNation down the street (that took 3 hrs!!) longer than buying the new Kia took.. Crown Kia was great! I do buy a lot of cars and have dealt with a lot of dealers and this dealer was right on point and true to their word ( in my experience, hard to find in South Florida) . I hope to buy from them again in the future. Thank you Danny, Lace, Justin and John for the quick easy sale and deal!!!

Great experience and customer service by Pierre Alsadan, really impressed about the attention, respect and help to purchase a new car. Also John from Financial department awesome customer service and orientation to make decisions about the loan. Certainly if you need a car they are high recommendable.

Our sales guy Nawbed and his super helper Justin, and also our financer John were AWESOME! No pressure, open to our questions, and got us a SPLENDID car. We really appreciate Nawbed being there for us throughout the whole process and just so super friendly, and most of all genuine…we appreciate him! Sales associate Jennifer was experienced, calm and cool throughout. No high pressure, but she did stay in touch. During negotiations she was a calming factor. Overall the experience was better than I was anticipating based on previous car buying opportunities. The entire staff interaction was positive. John , the pen to paper guy, was transparent, calm, friendly, not high pressure. Just exactly what I had asked and the dealership delivered.

I cant say enough about my Great experience buying my new Kia EV9 from Crown Kia. My salesperson Ryan Johnson was fantastic! He spent hours working with me on my purchase over the course of 2 days. Never any pressure to close the deal. Ryan answered all my questions and gave straight up answers. His expertise was invaluable to me. I would also like to mention GM Vincent Cafiero, Sales Mngr. Justin Erickson, and Finance Mngr. John Peeples. The entire team made it an enjoyable experience. Ive purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and by far was the Best treatment I have ever received. Thanks again to all of you. Just an update on my review its almost 2 years later. Still love my Kia EV 9 and I still feel the same way about Crown Kia Way to go guys keep up the good work. The service department is awesome. Joe runs a really good service department and Nehemiah. My service advisor is the best. And I cant leave out the technicians that do the work always return my vehicle to me just as clean as when I dropped it off or Cleaner.
