Sales associate Jennifer was experienced, calm and cool throughout. No high pressure, but she did stay in touch. During negotiations she was a calming factor. Overall the experience was better than I was anticipating based on previous car buying opportunities. The entire staff interaction was positive. John , the pen to paper guy, was transparent, calm, friendly, not high pressure. Just exactly what I had asked and the dealership delivered.

I cant say enough about my Great experience buying my new Kia EV9 from Crown Kia. My salesperson Ryan Johnson was fantastic! He spent hours working with me on my purchase over the course of 2 days. Never any pressure to close the deal. Ryan answered all my questions and gave straight up answers. His expertise was invaluable to me. I would also like to mention GM Vincent Cafiero, Sales Mngr. Justin Erickson, and Finance Mngr. John Peeples. The entire team made it an enjoyable experience. Ive purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and by far was the Best treatment I have ever received. Thanks again to all of you. Just an update on my review its almost 2 years later. Still love my Kia EV 9 and I still feel the same way about Crown Kia Way to go guys keep up the good work. The service department is awesome. Joe runs a really good service department and Nehemiah. My service advisor is the best. And I cant leave out the technicians that do the work always return my vehicle to me just as clean as when I dropped it off or Cleaner.

I was not looking forward going to dealerships in search for my next ride. It can be an intimidating, dreadful experience especially for those of us with no negotiating skills or poker face whatsoever. I feel lucky to have visited Crown Kia. My sales consultant, Stan Stovolos, was an absolute pleasure. His demeanor, his warm smile, reassurances, emphasis on being of service to me, to represent my interests in this important purchase, made me feel comfortable and at ease. We had a few fun test rides and he was of great help with all the features and the infotainment system. I couldn't have asked for better experience. Thank you Stan! The Sales manager, Dexter, worked with us and made sure all is going well, including the final price and John, Financial services manager, explained every single detail I signed. All very open and straightforward. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful midnight blue Kia Sportage Hybrid with the ride that inspires! Thank you Crown Kia!

This is the second time that I have purchased a used car from them. Excellent service from the time I walked thru the door! My sales consultant was Taylor Alverez. She was Amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, and so helpful! She even gave me a ride from the rental car place back to the dealership, who does that? Everyone from the service dept, Tommy, and Anthony to the finance person, John Peeples, were outstanding! I would not go anywhere else to buy a car!! Thanks to everyone there for all your help!!!
