I am back. I tried writing another review, but unfortunately will only let me do one review so Im updating this review with new information as I have now officially purchased my fourth suv. New post: I had the opportunity this past Saturday to work with Ryan Johnson againand just purchased my third Kia from him. I called him very last minute and told him I was on my way, and without hesitation he said hed be there. From start to finish, Ryan stayed with me through the entire process just like he has in the past. He provided so much helpful information about the vehiclethings I honestly never would have thought to ask. The whole experience was completely hassle-free and pressure-free. At this point, Ryan truly feels like a friend of the family. If youre looking for a sales rep who genuinely cares and makes the car-buying process easy and enjoyable, go see Ryan Johnson at Crown Kia in St. Pete. Today I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Shafer & Johnathan Mitchell in the service department. My car horn randomly malfunctioned and they were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day to assist.
